James T. Flanigan was born in Quantico, Virginia, on May 21, 1958. Mr. Flanigan is admitted to practice in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
